The Scituate Food Pantry is proud to be part of The Commonwealth co-fundraising program with Project Bread’s Walk for Hunger! By joining our team, you’ll help raise essential funds to support our neighbors—and make a meaningful impact both locally and across Massachusetts. Sixty percent of every dollar we raise comes directly back to the Scituate Food Pantry, strengthening our ability to serve the Scituate community. The remaining 40% supports Project Bread’s statewide hunger-relief efforts—so 100% of the funds raised help fight hunger across the Commonwealth. Event Details: The in-person Walk for Hunger will take place on Sunday, May 3rd on the Boston Common, featuring a scenic 3-mile route through the city. Can’t make it to Boston? You can still take part by choosing to Walk Your Own Way—create your own route here in Scituate (or wherever you are!) and fundraise as part of our team. Ways to Get Involved: Join the Team Register as a walker—either in Boston or locally—and invite friends and family to support your fundraising efforts.
